Ugh! Inaction at Maori school leads to abuse of kids

Just watched a clip where the principal of Te Wharekura o Maniapoto at Oparure attempts to justify his own inaction which lead to children being abused by a pedophile employed at the school. What made it worse is that the pedophile was given a glowing report so that he could continue his disgusting behaviour at another school in Putaruru. That is so un-f**king believeable!
