…to 1997 when a particular bumbling NZ First politician instructed his lawyer, Chris Reid, to sell an exclusive interview for $20,000… and lied to his boss, Winston Peters, when he said that he didn’t know who Chris Reid was…

And the very next day that same bumbling politician was cured of his dementia and suddenly remembered, that he did have a lawyer called Chris Reid and that he did want $20,000 for an interview.

Fast forward to 2011 and some things remain the same…
