Chappmann Tripp: Disgusting Ethics

A little gem here, the word going round is that the legal fraternity is taking a KEEN interest in the dubious activities being undertaken by the Chapmann Tripp lawyers as they continue to take an adversarial role against Te Kauhanganui, while expecting Te Kauhanganui to keep paying their exhorbitant fees.

No doubt there are some serious questions to be asked of those individuals reagrding the principles of the ethics of their lawyers actions.

Recap: Te Arataura have devised a strategy to bankrupt the Te Kauhanganui chairperson Tania Martin by forcing her into endless rounds of litigation using the Chapmann Tripp law firm. This has resulted in cost overruns of many hundreds of thousands of dollars from the tribal putea. This year, Te Arataura spending has gone through the atmosphere which is why the executive committee is refusing to make a financial report back to the tribe.

Thats disgusting. Thats Chapmann Tripp.

The biggest lie that Te Arataura tries to feed out is that this is all about a conflict between them and Tania Martin. This is not about Tania Martin, this is only about the people of Waikato Tainui whose demands are not being met nor are they being respected by Te Arataura. We can help Tania Martin if all we do is keep talking about the issues at hand because if our voices fall silent then the bad people have won. All we need to do is to talk to each other. Mauri ora!

Kia ora Tai-Rau. Good question or questions. Why does she continue to take all this bullshit but then I think what else can she do? Because of the rules (and the turkeys purporting to uphold them) she is powerless and yet she does REPRESENT and the big question to me is how can we help her?

Big ups to eraka ma cos they getting the info out to the little people who aren’t in the know but if tuku and te arataura can minimilise the role of our chair then what can we do??? And lets make sure its done before they destroy this strong, hearty woman that we got looking after us, perhaps at the expense of herself and her whanau.

      WHAT CAN WE DO?

@ a te wa….a good place to start is to email, tuku, patsy, & the rest of them conniving, conceited te.a members & let them know how angry, disgusted and tired you are of their continued unjust & unfair persecution of Mrs Martin & remind them she is acting on behalf of Te Kauhanganui as mandated by them, not herself. Tell them to pull their heads in and take their greedy paws out of the tribal purse and front up with the financial reports.

Youve done good expressing your concern here, now do the same again among your whanau, your marae, the local paper, even your local MP, get it out to as many people as possible. The more people know about tuku & co’s legendary spending without acountability & backroom deals, the more pressure on them.

Remember, they will stop at nothing to prevent the financials being revealed & their access to the tribal purse being halted. Mrs Martin is a huge threat to their continued deception, lies and theft on a grand scale. You have every right as a tribal member to hold them accountable, every right.

Coal Corp was an excluded settlement claim that paid for Tainui Raupatu it was the catalyst for the crown and its $1billion physcical envelope, package which all iwi were in recipient of $170million was allocated to tainui other excluded claims like the waikato river sttlement.were continued by the board (ref:rotowaro, lake of coal, waikato coal corp case, Te pepepe alot74 historical records), Tanui settlement act)
Right now the crown mines land that belongs to the Kahui Ariki (royal family) worth well over $3billion and none of you educated people high light that fact. What if there were no waikato coalcorp case would you people be in the positions your in today, gossiping about what we have now, i dont think so the real enemy of our iwi is the crown and its legislation impossers (the government)they are the law makers and the true Decision makers for how a Iwi trust board should be operated, We the beneficiaries are responsible for electing leadership not the Govt
They should have let Raukawa fight for the kinleith and Hauraki fight for the Coromandel and The Maniapoto for there land Acknowledge the past so we dont mess up the future and Tainui may be satisfied as a whole

you are using this site to gather support when alot of tainui are to poor or to old to have a computer yet alone a email i wish the net wasnt the only way to get your messages out great job in detecting the problems with in. poor job in executing court action and for the PM(pakeha man)to assist in forcing Te Arataura to submit financial reports. A petition from the people is a good place to start providing they are well informed in more ways then theAinternet this is as cowardly as arataura is. As a beneficiary of the tribe i trust the priminister just as you do Tuku, not at all and i am sure the feelings mutual to alot of others. Can you confront the people of waahi and turanga and walk away with there support i do not think so that is why you run to the Governmrnt lore and law knowlrdge thats what tuku nis using to fight a dog be a dog not a cat and pur for help

tena ra koutou – the best step is court action – tribalgoss has received news – chit-chat it is now pending — high court action on the basis of no financial statements – a high court can step in when a clique of upstarts assume power to the detriment of the members — now does that sound welcoming familiar? mrs martin has been persecuted – because she rightly challenged the furious spending of te arataua and tuheitia paki – remember he wanted $20million – hemi rau said no – and he sacked on some BS trumped up nonsense – and morgan offered rau money to not stand for te kauhanganui again kingitanga is a joke – it is a front for greed and mismanagement (so apparent) and for the manipulation and the secrets – why should we not know what money from the tribal purse is being spent? What the hell is wrong with that?

Kingitanga is not a joke it has been abused misused and underminded its those that are in charge that is the JOKE i am waikato original land owner of Pepepe allotment74 aka Rotowaro Township (lake of caol) part of the coalcorp land that paid for the Raupatu. .am also a direct decendent of Mahuta/Mahanga. Greed is a every day thing especially if you are not use to going with out. Get up and get out to the people As a Iwi benerficiary i have not signed a petition or any thing to say we want Te Arataura or Te Kauhanganui to go to court to solve this matter nor have a signed a petition to force a audit report on Te Arataura even thoughI support that decision. notify the beneficiaries not everyone reads Bloggs we are waikato not everyone has computers the webb allows us to get the message out there but poukai and other Hui can make the difference or do you lack the mana to speak to the paepae or its marae paople of Tainui. in particular Waikato

Why didnt you post my message yesterday of nare you fake as well are you going to carry on what tuku and his crew are doing now and as for Hemi Rau you and Tommy Moana still have acusations of fraud from the springhill contracts which Rangatah Took the fall for
