The OTHER election…

We would be foolish to send any of our votes in the direction of John Key and his rich mates, although Tuku Morgan would love to see the asset sales come to pass. If National stays as the government the poor underclass dwellers better get ready to be smashed all over again -and with huge numbers of unemployed that means us!

Labours Nanaia Mahuta has already done enough years in Wellington and qualifies for fat pension benefits forever! She is sitting pretty but she’s lazy. Apart from doing nothing she gave hard-out support for the Seabed and Foreshore modern day raupatu law and she is on Labour’s list so she’s already in. Don’t vote for Nanaia.

Tariana’s and greasy Peter Sharpel with the fake smile want your vote too. The Maori party deserted their supporters when they lined up to kiss Key’s butt and Peter Sharpel got a $2 million dollar plastic waka as part of the deal. Please ignore these fools on election day! The gut feeling amongst voters is that greasy Peter and Tariana’s Maori party are about to be wiped off the map come election day. Anyway, a vote for the Maori party is also a vote for National and Act. Boo.

Mana presents a more honest way of doing business. They will present a voice for our people. They will fight for the poor and downtrodden, thats us! Angeline Greensil works harder than lazy Nanaia ever did. Remember that Mahuta is already in on the list, lets get another one of ours into parliament to fight for our people and against those who want to keep us down.

Lets vote cleverly and strategically.

Either way, cast your vote for More Maori in Parliament!

Their greatest fear is if we actually come to use all our votes on election day.

Power to the People! Do it!

In my observations, Angeline’s strategy has always been to get in and represent honestly, fairly and consistently and she has tried to do that alongside whichever (Maori) party is running at the time….surely you must see that as a positive rather than a negative. Her efforts tell me she is totally committed to doing the hard yards for our people. Having both her & Nanaia representing us would be a coup, imagine the influence they both would have, and Angeline will keep Nanaia honest. VOTE ANGELINE, she will work damn hard for us, that’s a promise.

Nanaia is already a list MP so she’ll get in regardless of whether you vote for her or not, so use your vote to INCREASE our Maori representation in Parliament. Vote for ANGELINE, regardless of what party she’s in, the party’s always been Maori!

(she already in) let’s get another maori face in parliament and vote in Angeline. She has been walking the talk for many years and has shown she is committed to her people.

The Fraudster who feels superior to all

Arrogance is shown by these Fraudsters

From Dr Sheridan’s research on executive fraudsters (2010), there emerged the career fraudster. They are not terribly nice people yet infiltrate organisations and bleed them dry unless stopped. Usually people who are in roles above them consider them to be ok, but people below will hold a different view. This difference is a warning sign that the senior manager is not of the Respectful type and is an alarm in itself as the manager concerned will not be productive rather concentrating on his or her own needs out of the organisation.

    Characteristics
They feel superior to others and show arrogance and fire anyone who dares oppose this.
They come in and quickly defraud the organisation for years until they are stopped
They do not hand themselves in
After discovery they will try to manipulate the situation so that they can leave with a promise that they will hand the money over.
This type of fraudster specialises in growing enterprises – these can be companies or non-profits, and here are some signs that can assist to identify such a predator
    He or she may:

Approach the employer or through a partner or director for a position.
Be appealing as they will be cheap, a bargain.
Offer to do many things, but always includes access to financial controls.
Present to the employer as competent but will make mistakes.
If you have suspicions you must investigate immediately.
Calling a spot audit is a good idea, however if the person who is under suspicion is a fraudster, he or she will pull the plug and all the financial data including being able to trace where the money went, will be lost. Far better is to use us and we will be able to conduct in-depth profiling. The profiling can be done easily under a due diligence banner, or improving quality standards of the executive team. We then can report back to you in confidence and you can consider your next step.

    However…

Most employers do not have suspicions
This is the problem because the fraudster carefully works up the relationship. Other employees however may disply concerns, and no matter how small, a profile must take place to ensure that hard-earned assets are safeguarded. Fraudsters may not have previous convictions, and if they do, they will give you a very plausible story. After being stopped at one business they will inevitably be focusing on their next victim.

Do not let this be your business
As the Arrogant Fraudster does not stop, until they are caught, Dr Sheridan’s research shows that it will likely affect:

Your health, physically with heart attacks and strokes being the most likely under such severe stress
Your sanity, with long term depression and counselling will be required
Your family and your children will suffer, and family breakups occur in crisis
Your retirement funds are often lost when the business has taken such a big hit
You also stand to lose your key staff
    What to do now
Contact us for immediate action. Arrogant Fraudsters do not stop until they are uncovered. Why don’t they stop? They are on to a good source of income and despite warnings will continue until employers or investigators intervene.
Arrogant Fraudsters have brought down Enron (Fastow), nearly finished off The US Government’s mortgage relief program (Farkas) and a division of HSBC (Falciani) and countless other companies and non-profits all around the world. They are dangerous and up until now undetectable.

Re. Dr Sheridan’s research above – its something I found on my Facebook news feed and thought was worthwhile sharing on here in light of the concerns and dismay expressed by those who regularly use this site. Thought it might also be a useful insight OR NOT.

@ Ani what do you suggest – how useful is the research above for Tainui? Maybe put abit more thought into identifying a way forward – in that way it would contextualise and give more meaning to your international literature…

@Whanau observer- my intention, albeit late was to give people a contextual insight into the behaviours of fraudulent/predatory people as an alert of what to look out for and what to do about it, and for people to judge/see for themselves whether this type of behaviour can be linked to any individuals they may know or who have a financial responsibility in their organisation or tribal structure. After all, isnt this what this site has always been about – accountability and transparency. Although the research is rather simplistic in nature, it is profound in that it can easily be overlooked. The intent is to give method to the behaviours of individuals who deliberately set about committing fraudulent acts, hence the predatory nature. Awareness is another intent. I actually recognize several of these traits in among those whose names have appeared in the headings of this site on a regular basis and most likely the reason behind the site in the first place. Re. a way forward, to be informed is to be forearmed, knowing who you are dealing with and why allows for more effective modes of response, lessening the risks and giving greater clarity of direction. I somehow feel though that this information has come after the horse has already bolted. The review findings should be interesting.

Your modus is still unclear; who are you aiming this information towards… is it about Te Arataura that you infer the literature fits or is it in regards to the chair of Te Kauhanganui?

Name the people you are speaking about – that way everyone on this site is clear about what side of the road you intend to cross over to, rather than remain on the curbside? Don’t be a pedestrian; put your hand up one way or another!

Regarding the review – what are you inferring?

Aimed @ whoever wishes to read it or not. Re inferrence…who the cap fits, let them wear it – I know for certain that the chair of TKI is by no means an executive fraudster nor does she have those tendencies. I know for certain also that executive fraudsters can either work alone or in packs, re. pedestrian….ppfftt, re the info, attach it to whoever you want to or just simply ignore it. KPMG review, what else would it be!!

Are you supportive of what has already been mentioned by previous writers including myself who’ve completed due diligence on all the players? Do you have solutions – suggestions which you are prepared to share?

Regarding the audit review, there’s more than enough information to suggest it was an exercise in futility – given the apparent division of Te kauhanganui 25 vs. 33 and 4 pedestrians! Or this, the lack of professionalism displayed by the CEO of WRLT in supporting this flawed process.

My inference is this – your own critical analysis of the situation would be helpful, so share with us… your insight, opinions, suggestions or solutions!!!

I look forward to your response.

Te Kauhanganui AGM this Sunday – marae can attend from 1pm onwards however this should not prevent iwi members from going earlier if they wish. I urge all iwi members to participate in governance at every opportunity and to contact the Exec members & their legal reps at any time with your concerns, suggestions, directives, that is your legal right as Waikato-Tainui members, exercise it.
