Since it was revealed that the Chappman Tripp lawyers are providing legal advice to the maori king as well as Tuku Morgan and Te Arataura, it must be assumed that they are working hand in hand to try and have the entire Tainui parliament sacked.
Behind the scenes Chappman Tripp are working furiously to have the next Te Kauhanganui meetings set for February 4, and the special meeting on Feb. 12 cancelled.
Tuku Morgan is trying desperately to stop the new Te Arataura committee from being elected.

My entry is intended for individuals of like mind who are prepared to examine where their loyalties lie!
Can you make an informed choice to commit to something better!
When you see your trust being constantly battered by your hero’s actions?
How do you justify and maintain your loyalty?
What will make you decide when enough is enough?
When will you draw a line in the sand?
Will you move on and replace one hero with another and so on?
Is there another formula –option-choice- for us to consider?
To the custodians of TKI – the king, the kings’ office, the chair of TKI, the chair of the subcommittee, TA members, TGH directors and senior management, WRLT CEO, chairs of marae committees, and their staunch supporters. You have lost respect for the meaning and understanding of “trust” all-together your actions have seriously breached the peoples’ confidence and I suspect you don’t even care.
I am of the view that as a collective you do not have the financial strength, track record and expertise to provide Waikato Tainui iwi with the high level of assurance that “as a group or individually” you will deliver a successful, financially secure future for all of us.
Do the above named parties conduct themselves with a high level of trust operating in a “no surprises” and transparent environment of accountability? Are matters of confidentiality kept confidential?
Are we now the owners of a significant business debt? Are we broke, is there no more tribal wealth? Did the signing of the Dec 2011 annual reports seal a debt laden future for us?
Is selective communication being used as leverage to achieve personal agendas? This tactic is a principle strategy at corporate levels used to achieve those agendas. Are we the beneficiaries being subjected to these tactics by the above collective?
Judge Keane used the term society! Erakas blog used the term peasant, I used the term spectator – for good reason it serves to remind us we are the Trust, we are being bullied, our voices are being ignored.
Do our leaders’ believe we are easy to exploit?
Do our leaders believe we need protection and parenting?
Does it justify their actions to treat us like idiots to be patronised?
In my view, this form of self serving rhetoric leads to HERO WORSHIP….
Are our loyalties like commodities continually traded in exchange for seats of power?
Where is the power… you’ve always had it!

Occupation is the key. Target all the Corporate sites we own and take control. That will piss them off..make a noise , don’t sit back and talk about it – words are cheap , in the face will always get attention. Stand up….. Get some Balls

nevr thught I’d say this erakablog but I think your wrong. dont think its a good piece. Its more blurb. talk is cheap. now if whanauob is in the house hes just as bad. if hes not then hes just another blogga with a lotta wind. from what i seen more wind then evryone thats been on this site. @ whanauob you get out there and do something dikhead and stop cryin.

At whanau observer you don’t know as much as you think you do. The kauhanganui did not pass the annual report. My marae was against it andthats because our secretary of our marae is a accountant and gave us the questions to ask. I have a question for you / are you transparent? are you accountable? Seems to me you wouldnt know anything if it was’nt for for erakablog unless your name is Tanya Martin.She brought it to the surface.

To all the loyal s how can we sit back and let one person being the Maaori King carry on with his Kaipono attitude note to self when you ask your people to pay/koha thousands of dollars for 2 houses that they may never set foot in or may get told to leave (why) when you have asked them to pay/koha the dollars to do the revamp. Then you go and build a million plus dollar house at 149 why when your home up at the waananga has nothing wrong with it cause you wouldn’t put people that you love init if there was something wrong with it would you?. Why the greed for so much money when you and I and the rest of Waikato-Tainui know you dont need it after all you get from Poukai yet you and your advisers prance around the Motu with your heads held high to a point where you have a personae of a stuck up pratt. Your mother would be turning in her grave and you know it 40 years of blood sweat and tears gone almost wiped of the face of this planet for what!!! All you have ever done since you have been the Maaori King is spend spend spend. Hello your people are living on the poverty line and that isn’t a nice look from where I’am standing. You abuse seniors of considerable ranking with-in your own community and then you have a brain storm to go on national television and give a Xmas tide dahh do you know what its about (humility) and then you and your scientific team of sociologist write what you okayed in the latest Waikato-Tainui Mag you have a very good way of being articulate did you honestly write any of that?. How many cars do you need before you say ok I have a vehicle for everyday of the week is that enough. I go back to what your mum had always believed in and that was us the people you know why she thought this way? its because if it not for the people there will be no Kingitanga, Whaanaungatanga, Manakitanga, Kotahitanga do you really need it spelt out to you or are you just going to be blind and turn your head away from the needs of your people the Maaori Nation thats right Waikato-Tainui have no say in your matters because they have been moved from being the minders to the gate keepers in a space of 5 short years I’am not a person to attack families and I wont cause its families that have to bare the brunt of public onslaught. Words to the wise too all of those that wanted a male at the stern of the Kingitanga Movement is this what you saw $$$ I dont think so aye! now what are yous going to do sit back and let it carry on because like I said before Waikato-Tainui can’t do nothing this is the MOTUs job you all know who you are and you all know what yous have to do Waikato-Tainui will support your decision just listen to the people not a bunch of wanna bees or else we will just end up back here in lala land. Like a great leader said we must look to the past to see the future I have looked back over the past five years and have seen the future a greedy and abusive King so I looked over the past fifty years and looked back to the future time for change again. To the Maaori King be honest in yourself and do what is RIGHT for the people we would like someone that is going to look after the people not their brand new cars and house

hmm…. your so… rite Chad! I rmemba da day our King had da bible laid upon his hed, he was proclaimed King… I asked my dad “if he doesnt do right by his people, cn da title be taken away”? ma dad brushd off da question as a ho hum…. The kings mum was loved and much respected.. She was the PEOPLES CHOICE! Is da King stil the peoples choice??
