Tuku Morgan isn't a big fan of Te Kauhanganui!
Now Tuku want’s to take the tribe to the courts because he reckons that the elections were ILLEGAL!
How many times does this guy want to go to court and lose? His name is already TRASH amongst the justices of the courts!
That means more legal bills for the tribe.
But a least Tuku has to pay his own legal bills this time round!

A goose on the loose with his neck in the noose. If this uneducated piece of waste thinks someone will pay him the $3000,000 + he gave himself of our money, then he can try get a job in the real world Take those other bits of self professed know it alls, that helped prop him up with him, and see what salaries they attract. They ripped the people off big time and remember this, “they will pay and suffer in their very existence” What a cheek using others money to fight court cases so this charade may continue. what a loser??? what part of the procedures dont he understand. Him and his cronies deserve to be taken out. Who gave Horahora the okay to go ahead with their project, yeah none other than the mighty man himself. However he should have told all the trustees insead of a couple of idiots and one trustee .$.!.2m was promised I believe and the suckers believed it

Horahora marae was threatened with legal action from the Te Kauwhata builder who was owed over $600,000.00 due to non-payment of his bills. He had pleaded for payments – got none – so entered citizen paki’s name on the summary judgment. Hey presto – within days he got all the money that was due! citizen atawhai paki is the aunt of annie nikora – who was the project manager & who was removed (via Maori land court from being a trustee by more sensible trustees. Unfortunately they were left with a huge debt. The financial review shows that Horahora got over $1m in various payments & the loan the poor old trustees were saddled with were written off. Nikora’s son was contracted to build the whare waka at Hopuhopu riverside. Fancy that!. And his aunties brother-in-law – citizen maha paki – is involved as advisor. fancy that! The nepotism shown with the maipis is just the tip of the sludge. The corruption goes on and on and on.
