The great slaughter of 1914-18. Let us never forget the young men who were sacrificed on the front-lines of faraway lands. Why did they invade a country that did not, nor ever intended to cause harm to us? Were they fighting for freedom? Were they fighting for a better life? They fought like heroes but wasted their precious lives for “none of the above”. They were sent off to be slaughtered to protect the interests of the kings, queens, “noble” families and the rich merchant classes of Europe.
The poor people are the ones who fight and die in the wars created by the “ruling class”. The Maoris need to wake up on that one. Seriously.
Some quotes showing why you hear the old soldiers saying “never again” but the sheep insist on being slaughtered over and over again. They certainly make sober reading:
“I would like to see every single soldier on every single side, just take off your helmet, unbuckle your kit, lay down your rifle, and set down at the side of some shady lane, and say, nope, I aint a gonna kill nobody. Plenty of rich folks wants to fight. Give them the guns.” – Woody Sez.
“I’m fed up with old men dreaming up wars for young men to die in.” – George McGovern.
“In (General Alexander) Haig’s presence, Kissinger referred pointedly to military men as ‘dumb, stupid animals to be used’ as pawns for foreign policy.” – Henry Kissinger.
“Many a man will have the courage to die gallantly, but will not have the courage to say, or even to think, that the cause for which he is asked to die is an unworthy one” – Bertrand Russel.
“Naturally the common people don’t want war; neither in Russia, nor in England, nor in America, nor in Germany. That is understood. But after all, it is the leaders of the country who determine policy, and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is to tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country.” – Hermann Göering, during the Nuremberg Trials, 1946.
“A soldier will fight long and hard for a bit of colored ribbon.” – Napoleon Bonaparte.
Busting the big lies: #1 Te Kauhanganui costs too much

Those traitors from within the tribe who are working to disembowel the Tainui people’s parliament Te Kauhanganui, —read Tuheitia Paki, Rangi Whakaruru, Tuku Morgan, Rukumoana Shaffhousen etc— will put forward a number of arguments and lies in an effort to convince the Marae representatives to put themselves out of the business of running the tribe.
Lie number #1: The Tainui people’s tribal parliament costs too much. The people’s parliament is a waste of money. The people don’t deserve to be there because of the high cost to run meetings and they should be gotten rid of.
We bust the lie by saying: The figure put out to run the Te Kauhanganui meetings is stated as $75,000 per meeting. Four meetings per year equals $300,000 per year. For a people’s parliament to get together and make decisions for a tribe worth nearly $800 million and minus $250 million worth of debt that should seem reasonable shouldn’t it? Given that serious matters should arise from time to time that require extra meetings to occur it shouldn’t be a problem to hold a few more meetings every now and then. So don’t complain about those.
Lets put this all in perspective. Tuku Morgan with the full support of Charles Joe, Patience Te Ao, Maxine Tuwhangai Moana, Shaffhousen etc… smashed through $3 million dollars of the tribal funds while launching a vicious and sustained legal assault against the then chairperson of the people’s parliament because she called for transparency and accountability within the tribal structure. These traitors tried to cover up their crimes by sabotaging the Te Kauhanganui meetings and attempting to bury the financial reports for a whole two years.
The $3 million that Tuku Morgan and his flunkies wasted on his gigantic ego would have been enough to run the Tainui people’s parliament for 10 years! Instead it went straight into the pockets of the Chappmann Tripp instead of being used for Marae development projects.
You should not listen to the scum who would try to deprive the democratically elected people’s parliament from making decisions for the betterment of the tribe.
You should not listen to the crooks and liars who would destroy the democratically elected people’s parliament for their own greed and personal gain.
Thoughts for these troubled times…

…as Vincent Vinciguerra, one of the perpetrators of the Operation Gladio terror attacks, explained: “You had to attack civilians, the people, women, children, innocent people, unknown people far removed from any political game. The reason was quite simple: to force . . . the public to turn to the state to ask for greater security.”

As we promised a few weeks back, the Maori king’s charter is posted online for your viewing and evaluation.
A word of warning, the fake-rhetoric document reeks and stinks of hypocrisy and may be hazardous to your moral well-being.
Many thanks to “the Barbarian” for loaning us the original copy.

Yesterday a commenter made this totally weird and incredibly laughable statement:
“And given your position on Te Arataura you must be fully aware that the Office of the King receives $1.4m – the King himself receives only a small portion of that. Stop the bullshit and stop encouraging people who do nothing except bitch and moan that they are entitled to anything. You get nothing for doing nothing.”
The king only receives a small portion eh? We might ask which part of the small portion pays for his numerous luxury homes, range rovers, jet skis and the multi-million dollar gambling splurges that he is renowned for?
That “small portion” amounts to $15 million dollars of the peoples money that the people will never get back. The Maori king does bugger all, lives it up on easy street and rakes in millions. Small portion indeed! We suggest that you lay off the dope before making any more comments to the blog.
But anyway thanks for the laugh.
Fourteen dollars eighty-five

64,000 members of this tribe keep getting told by the ‘elites’ that they are rich. The tribe keeps getting told that there is a huge treasure pot of gold worth nearly a billion dollars – and that you own it all. Rich, rich, rich! Happy, happy, joy! Yippee!
Apart from one member of this tribe $14.85 is all you guys are worth. 63,999 tribal members divided by $950,000 worth of grants amounts to fourteen bucks eighty five. That’s enough for one big mouth or a couple of small mouths to have a meal at McDonalds.
That leaves one more. In the meantime one particular beneficiary takes home $1.4 million all by himself to support his dodgy ‘charitable trust’, his gambling, his luxuries, and his booze and cigarettes.
Who has the beneficiary mentality? There’s only one person who gets the gold in this tribe, and it certainly aint you!
