Now that the crook is back…

The great thing about crooks like Morgan is that you get certainty.

Now that Morgan has been brought back into the fold, albeit by nefarious means – it must be incredibly soul destroying for the king to betray his friend – we’re absolutely certain of the following certainties now that Morgan has returned:

  • Watch out for meeting fees and legal costs to blow out – remember Morgan’s unfettered spending was responsible for the $3 million blow out last time!
  • Watch out as Morgan triggers discord and huge dysfunction between the executives
  • Watch out as Morgan goes about bringing the tribe into disrepute by blabbing to the media, and watch as he goes unpunished by the gutless Te Kauhanganui tribal parliament
  • Will meetings be deliberately aborted like the last time Morgan was on board? (a la Charles Joe)
  • Watch as Morgan creates artificial ‘catastrophes’ and ‘calamities’ in order to justify ‘restructuring’ – enabling the power grab by the Hypocrite king and the pilfering of $80 million.
  • And Morgan will aided and abetted by fellow conspirators and cult members Rahui Papa and Tukumoana Shaafhoussen
  • And we will be there to report on every scandal, every step of the way.

Oh, it didn’t take them long to erase Greg Miller’s name from the Te Arataura website. Its like he’s a non-person and he never existed. Miller was on the Hypocrite king’s team but at least he had some moral’s, unlike Tuku. Very efficient though. Gotta keep the trains running on time!

Get in quick cos the Countdown five for five Watties special ends soon!

    * A depressing fact: 2 or 3 years ago, Te Arataura led by Tuku Morgan and Rahui Papa spent nearly $20,000 of your money on the Te Arataura christmas dinner, treating themselves out at an exclusive Mangatawhiri luxury estate for lavish food, wine & booze, and gifts that they chose for themselves. To make matters worse they claimed payments for attending this luxury dinner, Patience Te Ao. Yet another one of the many reasons that Tuku wanted to stop the tribal financials from being reported to the people.

    Changes

It seems that the wanton destruction of the tribal finances caused by the outgoing executive committee (Morgan, Maipi, Te Ao, Moana Tuwhangai etc.) has caused the new batch of Te Arataura executives to seek cutbacks to their own meeting fees. That’s good news, and lets see them go even further by capping executive fees and slashing spending by stopping the troughing that has become a routine feature of the executives.

It shouldn’t be hard to do after all the millions that got burned on all sorts of trash over the last few years when those fools (Morgan, Maipi, Te Ao, Moana Tuwhangai etc.) acted like they had an open check book and they weren’t too shy about it either.

Finally, some common sense is beginning to show through. We like that.

Some things need to be said…

True leadership must be for the benefit of the whole tribe, not for the enrichment of a few.

    • Maori king, $2 million per year for his ‘charity’…
    • Tuku Morgan 2011, $400k plus five star perks and travel…
    • Te Arataura 2011, millions over budget and excessive troughing of the tribal funds.
    • Chapmann Tripp, $3 million over the last three years.

We ask ‘Has the situation changed for the ordinary people of this tribe?’ As you all know, the answer is NO. Things are bad, and they’re about to get WORSE!

    There’s Hope

Hope that the hypocrisy will stop.

For instance its come to our attention that Tuku Morgan, Charles Joe, and Parekawhia Mclean placed an ad in the Waikato Times which advertised the cancellation of last Sunday’s Feb 12 Triennial Meeting. Then they attended the meeting which they supposedly abandoned.

The Maori king told marae representatives to boycott the meeting but his own representative Greg Miller was there too.

With the so-called tribal leadership suffering from a total absence of integrity, we’re glad that some of the crooked execs got wiped out.

There were high fives all round when it was announced that Charles Joe, Patience Te Ao, Robert Tukiri, Maxine Moana, Timi Maipi (thankyou Jazz) and Tuku had been given the boot.

Tuku's Te Arataura committee leaves behind ruined finances, a bit like this wrecked locomotive

In their wake, with millions blown, they leave behind a train wreck of the tribal finances. What a pity that Rahui Papa and Rukumoana Schaafhousen didn’t get the sack too. They’re just as responsible as Tuku and co. for the mess that was left behind for the tribe to clean up.

Sonny Wilson was the only one who worked for the benefit of the people. He was the only good guy among a bunch of rotten crooks and we’re glad that he’s back in. It’s been reported that Tuku would taunt Sonny Wilson about his heart problem, by saying to Sonny that he would be glad when he’s finished off for good and that it would happen soon… look who’s gone now!

    $3 mil down the drain

With exceptional timing, the Waikato Times finally publishes an article of some substance:

    Secret report reveals $3m
    Tainui lawyer bill

    by Karla Akuhata

Tainui’s executive committee spent more than $3 million on lawyers during the last three years, according to a confidential auditors’ report.

The tribe’s parliament will meet tomorrow to elect a new executive committee, and the report put together by financial experts KPMG is likely to be on the minds of those voting. More

Feb 8, 2012: Today is a Great Day for the Tribe!

The high court at Hamilton saw the following events unfold:

    • Cheers Tainui!

The judge saw through Charles Joe’s lies and deceptions in regards to Joe issuing intentionally defective meeting notices.
    • Charles Joe’s reputation is torn to shreds as his ruse is revealed in public to a packed courtroom.
    • Commonsense prevails as the judge to cut right through the Chapman Tripp BS.
    • It’s a huge defeat for Chapman Tripp as NZs largest law firm takes a battering in Hamilton.
    • Jack Hodder, Chapman Tripp’s no. 1 lawyer saw the writing on the wall and left early, leaving his junior flunkie to take the heat in the afternoon session of the court.
    • Tuku Morgan sweats hard knowing that he is personally liable after todays visit to the high court.
    • Could it be that the lure of easy Tainui money no longer exists, and Chapman Tripp disappear back to their Auckland highrise apartments.
    • Tania Martin awarded costs in light of Te Arataura’s vendetta against her.
    • The people can get along with business without inteference as the new 2011 rules prevail.
    • Democracy is the winner and its a great day for the ordinary people of Tainui!

It’s Charles Joe who is the ‘Defective’ one

Charles Joe the Te Arataura secretary, is the person who is responsible for issuing notices for the Te Kauhanganui meetings. Usually, the notice is required at least 14 days before the meeting is scheduled to take place.

Charles is a devious little monkey as he has been deliberately sending out DEFECTIVE notices then they send in the Chapman Tripp scum to the high court to contest the notice and have the meetings cancelled.

Last year dirty Charles got caught sending out a defective notice that was inside the the minimum 14 day deadline (it was deliberately too late) and he fraudulently attached Tania Martins signature to the notice to pin the blame on her. A pattern of offending has emerged.

It has become apparent that the lockout last Saturday was planned regardless of the outcome of the case at the high court which Chapmann Tripp lost and the people of Tainui won.

It’s almost unbelievable but its definitely all true.

    The Cracks begin to Appear

While they stick the knife in Tuku's back, fellow Te Arataura members show their true colors

Apparently four Te Arataura members were in attendance at Saturday’s meeting.

Why did they wait until the end of their 3 year term before they defied the lockout and Tuku’s orders to boycott the meeting?

Oh, they’re trying to say that dragging Tania Martin through the courts wasn’t their idea because it was all Tuku’s fault! It doesn’t take too much effort to visualize the knives sticking out of Tuku’s back.

Is it because they are trying to suck up to ‘the people’ while they seek re-election to the executive for another 3 more years?

Too little and three years too late is what we say!

    We Told You So!

We have constantly criticized Te Arataura’s refusal to release the financial information to Te Kauhanganui, and here’s the facts that they DON’T want known –there appears to be huge gap in the tribal finances, a gap thats the size of over $6 million!

And as we have rightly speculated all along, the crooked lawyers from Chappmann Tripp have stripped over $1.5 million from the tribe.

Six million of your dollars just got burned, and its all because of crooks like Tuku Morgan and Parekawhia Mclean.

They need to be stopped, and stopped soon.
