Big waste of money! (again)

So how much Tainui money was wasted by Morgan and his butt kissing monkey board in their attempt to bankrupt the Te Kauhanganui chairperson in a vain and useless attempt to get out of paying the 40 thou costs in complete defiance of a Tainui tribal parliament resolution.

Was $100,000 burned by Te Arataura recently, or was it $200,000, or more? A complete waste with a ridiculous effort when all the drama could have been avoided, and saved thousands if Te Kauhanganui’s original instructions had been followed and the original 40 thou been settled upfront.

Is it true that the monkey board is abusing the wealth of Tainui to drag the chairperson of Te Kauhanganui through futile legal appeals is an attempt to bankrupt her and thus have the financial review of Tainui spending cancelled. The financial review that Tuku Morgan and his monkey board have fought tooth and nail to have buried so that the people of Tainui are to be kept in the dark about their own information.

Is it because some individuals have been using the wealth of Tainui as their own personal piggy bank to spend obscene amounts on their own worthless activities, and don’t want those revealed?

Hold them to account!

Clean out your closet Te Kauhanganui.

Get rid of Tuku Morgan. Get rid of Te Arataura.

Tuku Morgan gets paid by John Key

"Tuku is my mate and I don't believe in Taniwha's"

Morgan needs to realize who exactly he is working for. Morgan has shown absolutely no respect for the mana of Te Kauhanganui and the ordinary people of Tainui, however, he has been pocketing a tidy sum while working on the side for the government…

“Mr Finlayson said that between November 16, 2008, and March 1, 2010, the Office of Treaty Settlements paid Mr Morgan $171,093 for facilitation work with a number of claimant groups.”

The High Court tells Te Arataura where to go: Victory for the people of Tainui

From the High Court, with love

Tuku’s dirty politics don’t pay off.

The Te Kauhanganui tribal parliament had voted in favor of reimbursing Chairwoman Tania Martin’s legal costs incurred during her defense months ago when the Maori king and Morgan attempted to have her fired because she started asking hard questions about the financial state of Tainui.

Despite violating the constitution and Te Kauhanganui Rules, and showing absolutely no respect for the Tainui Tribal Parliament, Morgan and Te Arataura have fought tooth and nail to to prevent Martin’s costs from being paid. Until today. The High Court has displayed common sense and ordered Te Arataura to pay Martin’s costs in full.

The worst thing about this fiasco is the unnessary waste of Tainui money on needless lawyers that cost $1,000 per hour, wasting court time, and a total waste for Te Kauhanganui which Te Arataura are responsible for. Get rid of them.

Power to the People!

Tuku feels the heat

He’s cracking and showing signs of desperation…

Your conduct toward the CEO is already a matter of grave concern for Te Kauhanganui and Te Arataura.

I have previously reminded you of your precise role and that is to chair and facilitate meetings of Te Kauhanganui. You have no right or ability to take information in this way and as the result assume the management role of Te Arataura and our staff.

In our view, the action of taking information that formed part of the package to Te Kauhanganui members from Hopuhopu without the permission from the CEO is both dishonest and without claim of right and as such is an act of theft. We can only suggest sense prevails and that you return that properly immediately and do not copy, use or alter it in any way.

If you fail to do so, your continued inappropriate behaviour will compel me to take immediate legal action against you to protect both the staff and property of Te Kauhanganui.

Tuku’s vision: Gulag for Tainui

Like a fool, Tuku Morgan has been sold on John Key’s vision of the privatisation of prisons in NZ. Tuku, and other iwi ‘leaders’, bought John Key’s tale of mega-profits from the jailing of mostly Maori prisoners. Tuku tries to push the idea along the lines of ‘trying to help our people out’ with rehabillitation programs while they’re in jail.

BullSh!t! The fact is it’s all about huge profits achieved through cramming prisoners into jail, maintaining a high occupancy rate for more profits, cutting prisoner help programs for more profits, and cutting staffing levels to dangerously low levels for even more profiteering. It’s all about just one thing, and that means jumping for joy whenever Maori get thrown into jail and that means sucking from the tit of mega-international corporation Serco. The latest PR propaganda release parroted by a compliant mainstream media (MSM) to show Serco in a positive light is here: Anger over ‘Club Med Mt Eden’.

The real truth however, is rather abysmal.

Here’s the actual sad truth about the inhumane conditions for inmates, including the brutal treatment of young children, at Serco centres:

Dead wife blamed for drug operation

By AARON LEAMAN
Waikato Times
20/01/2010

A Huntly man convicted of selling cannabis from his family home has blamed his late wife for the family drug operation.

Amo Morgan, 55, was sentenced on Monday at the Hamilton District Court to 10 months’ jail after earlier pleading guilty to four charges of selling cannabis and four charges of possessing cannabis for supply. More

Tainui’s lying liar…

Cheer’s Tribal Goss

Tuku’s legacy…

Welcome to the Tainui prison. Nau mai, haere mai.

Tuku’s gift to the people of Tainui are the jails and prisons that he plans to build to lock up Tainui prisoners.

As Tainui’s future jailer, Tuku knows that there is just truck loads of money to be made from locking up Tainui people on behalf of the NZ government.

Surely after the colonization war and destruction, the disposession of Tainui’s homelands, after the horrible Raupatu, after forced conscription in Waikato, surely Tainui cannot be headed down this pathway?

Apparantley it’s all true… Tainui becomes the patsy keen to do the dirty work for the government. Prime Minister John Key must be laughing.

Watch the Te Karere presenter do a total suck-up job of the interview with Tuku.

Flashback… investigations…

To 2004 when instead of blocking the financial review of spending at Tainui, Tuku was the first one to call for transparency and accountability…lol

…Tuku Morgan has called in a private investigator to examine the tribe’s involvement in $1.3 million worth of Corrections contracts for iwi consultation on the proposed Meremere prison.

Yesterday he questioned how appropriate it was for the tribe to be involved in work for the department, and whether correct processes had been followed when it agreed to handle contracts…

Oh the hypocrisy!
